Moringa Paw Print Cupcakes for International Polar Bear Day
Did you know, today is International Polar Bear Day? While its not exactly cold here in Southern California, we thought we could celebrate with Moringa paw print cupcakes.
These Paw prints bleed green as you can see in the photo. The “dirt mound” or chocolate cupcake contains a combination of spelt, quinoa, applesauce, banana, coconut oil, cacao powder and Moringa powder among other things. Our snowy ice is a fluffy honey meringue while our sweet paw prints used a variation of our chocolate heart truffle recipe. It is quite a fun and healthy way to add the benefits of moringa into your everyday life.
Have fun celebrating Polar Bear Day! Maybe even break into some “Ice” cream with a little Moringa on the side. Let us know what you come up with!
