To prepare pudding: puree bananas in food processor or high power blender. Add cashews, maple syrup, 3 powders, and extract. Pulse until smooth. Finally, incorporate melted cacao butter. Cover and Chill in freezer for 2 hours or refrigerator for 5 hours.
Combine 1/2 of the pecans, the dates, 3 powders, extract and water in food processor or high power blender until crumbly. Add remaining pecans and pulse to incorporate. Do not over process or brownie will become oily. Set aside.
Assemble in jar or glass dish by alternating layers of banana, pudding, brownie. Add garnish and enjoy. Can be divided between 4 oz jars.
