Ingredients
Pudding
  • 3medium bananas
  • 2/3 cup cashews
  • 3Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1Tbsp Moringa powder(more to taste)
  • 2Tbsp peanut butter powder(optional)
  • 2tsp vanilla extract
  • 2Tbsp cacao buttermelted
Brownie
  • 2/3cup medjool dates (pitted)packed
  • 2Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1Tbsp maca powder
  • 1tsp Moringa powder(or more to taste)
  • 2tsp vanilla extract
  • 1tsp water
  • 1 1/3cup pecans
Assembly and Garnish
  • 2 ripe bananassliced /diced
  • 72% or > cacao dark Chocolatechopped
Instructions
  1. To prepare pudding: puree bananas in food processor or high power blender. Add cashews, maple syrup, 3 powders, and extract. Pulse until smooth. Finally, incorporate melted cacao butter. Cover and Chill in freezer for 2 hours or refrigerator for 5 hours.
  2. Combine 1/2 of the pecans, the dates, 3 powders, extract and water in food processor or high power blender until crumbly. Add remaining pecans and pulse to incorporate. Do not over process or brownie will become oily. Set aside.
  3. Assemble in jar or glass dish by alternating layers of banana, pudding, brownie. Add garnish and enjoy. Can be divided between 4 oz jars.
