frozen when skin is yellow flecked with brown

1/4 Can of Coconut Milk per serving

ground cinnamon
roughly 0.4 grams per serving

roughly 4 grams per serving!
Instructions
Add frozen banana to blender, pour coconut milk over banana and then add cinnamon, ginger, and Moringa powder.
Blend and enjoy!
