Ingredients
  • 1tsp chia seed or flaxseed
  • 1Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2tsp cacao powder
  • 3Tbsp nut butter
  • 1tsp Moringa powder
  • 2tsp maple syrupSweeten to taste with desired sweetener
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extractOptional
  • dash saltOptional salt to taste
  • dash cinnamonOptional
  • 1/2cup coconut milkMilk of preference
  • 1/2cup kefir* or add additional milk.
  • 1/2cup oats
Instructions
  1. Place measured ingredients into jar or dish of choice.
  2. Mix carefully leaving swirls as desired.
  3. Cover dish and place in refrigerator overnight or for several hours.
  4. Serve cold or warm.
  5. Optional: drizzle with extra milk or syrup and top with anything desirable. Enjoy!
