Banana Blueberry Moringa Popsicle

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2medium ripe banana (cheetah spots)or 1 large
  • 1/2cup cream like whole milk yogurt
  • 2tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1Tbsp raw honeymore or less to taste
  • 1/3cup fresh Moringa leavesadjust to taste
  • 1 1/2cups blueberriesfresh or frozen
Instructions
  1. Puree banana in blender.
  2. Add in yogurt, vanilla, honey, and fresh Moringa leaves. Pulse to desired consistency. Taste and adjust as needed.
  3. Drop in blueberries. Pulse if desired.
  4. Pour into popsicle molds or paper cups.
  5. Place carefully into freezer for 4 hours or until frozen solid. (Note: if using paper cups, add a popsicle stick after freezing Banana Blueberry Moringa liquid for about 30 – 45 minutes, then return to freezer for the remainder of the time.)
  6. Remove and enjoy! (Depending on what popsicle molds are being used, you may need to allow the popsicles to sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes or run under warm water to loosen from the sides of the mold. If using paper cups, peel the cups away from the popsicles.)
