I purchased this for my mother who has rheumatoid arthritis. She has been taking it for just over a week. It seems to be functioning as a (strong!) digestive aid, but has not improved pain or inflammation so far. In fact, she has had slightly more pain during this time. Important to note that due to its blood pressure lowering effects, never give the whole dose at once; give the 4 pills one at a time over the course of the day, with meals or a snack and watch for dizziness after each dose in elderly. We will continue (carefully) with hope for better results over time; nothing works overnight.
